Kassie Herdt

Director of Business Development

A proud Colorado native, Kassie Herdt is a customer focused professional with a passion for business development. Kassie was excited to join the ProSystems team to pursue her love of marketing, and the networking process. Kassie began her career as a paralegal in tax resolution firms, where she sharpened her problem-solving skills and discovered a knack for finding innovative solutions. When her daughter was born, Kassie departed from the resolution firms to be a first-time mom and began to take interest in the construction industry. Electricians were a common part of her world – husband, brothers, friends, family, and then eventually…her! Kassie became the operations manager for an electrical contractor and wore many hats in this role; including throwing on her tool belt to help in the field when needed (she can confirm she prefers trim over rough every day of the week!). Kassie then went on to serving as the Colorado Customer Relations Manager for a national home builder. There, her experience instilled in her the importance of a proactive and decisive approach in handling challenges, enabling her to swiftly address issues, anticipate needs and offer timely solutions. Kassie has a strong belief in reinforced follow-up and follow-through, which continuously strengthens the connections she makes. To Kassie, working at ProSystems means supported and engaging professional growth, while also being able to be a full-time mom! Kassie’s instincts and team building skills are great additions to our team here at PSI.
